2023 marks the 45th anniversary of Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre. Over the last year our team have been developing our new strategy for the next five years. This strategy marks a step change in how we support all survivors of sexual violence.
Our five new values capture the ethos and passion we have for what we do. They combine the warmth and care within our team with the strength that it takes to provide our indispensable support.
Our strategic priorities for 2023-2028 are:
1. Invest in our people, culture and systems.
2. Reach and include survivors.
3. Build community, networks and solidarity.
4. Empower people to influence change.
