We’ve put together a new online resources section on processing trauma, ways of coping and recovery. These have been selected by our workers, for survivors of sexual violence who are waiting for support.
During this time of social distancing, there are many feelings to navigate, good days and dark days. We have also included resources for survivors which look at managing anxiety, grounding techniques and about wellbeing.
We hope these will be helpful and supportive. We’ll regularly be adding to them and including further sections.
