You may wish to report something to the Police that happened a long time ago. It doesn’t matter if it happened decades ago, you can still report to the Police and they will investigate. There may not be any forensic evidence but the Police can sometimes find other kinds of evidence, you can call Police Scotland on 101 to talk to an officer about this.
