We’re recruiting for  the following posts:

 

1. Senior Support Worker and Counsellor (21 hours)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker and Counsellor (21 hours per week) to join our team based in Edinburgh. The post-holder will deliver direct counselling support for survivors of sexual violence and also line-manage and supervise a small team of support workers.

Closing date for applications: Tuesday 20th November, 12 noon.

Interviews: Friday 7th December.

This post is funded by the Big Lottery Fund until 31st August 2020.

 

2. Counselling Support Worker (Group work) (12 hours)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Counselling Support Worker to deliver our core support service and group support for women and members of the trans community who have experienced sexual violence.

Closing date for applications: Tuesday 20th November, 12 noon.

Interviews: Wednesday 12th December.

This post is funded by the Scottish Government until 30th June 2019, with an extension confirmed in principle to 30th June 2020.

 

3. Senior Support Worker and Counsellor (28 hours)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker and Counsellor (28 hours per week) to join our team based in Edinburgh. The post-holder will deliver direct counselling support for survivors of sexual violence and also line-manage and supervise a small team of support workers.

Closing date for applications: Tuesday 20th November, 12 noon.

Interviews: Friday 14th December.

This post is a new post funded by the Scottish Government until 30th September 2019 and confirmed in principle to 30th September 2020.

 

4. Young Survivors’ Counselling Support Worker (17.5 hours) (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Young Survivors’ Counselling Support Worker to deliver our specialist support service for young people aged 12 to 18 who have experienced sexual violence.

Closing date for applications: Tuesday 20th November, 12 noon.

Interviews: Wednesday 19th December.

This post is funded by the Big Lottery Fund for a fixed-term period of six months, with the possibility of extension. 

 

Only women need apply for the above posts under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Successful applicants will be subject to relevant PVG and disclosure checks.
