ERCC currently comprises 40 staff and volunteers, and 10 trustees. We are looking for two new Trustees and a Treasurer to join our Board.

We are looking to recruit board members with experience in PR/Communications, HR, Fundraising (particularly from corporates/HNI) and general charity governance. Trustees will be experienced and mid-career level. The Treasurer will also be someone working at mid-career level, holding experience in finance. No previous Board experience is necessary.

As a member of Rape Crisis Scotland, ERCC works to the National Rape Crisis Service Standards and within the guidance of the Rape Crisis Scotland Best Practice Model, reflecting the ethos and values of feminism, human rights and equalities.
