Additional Support For Those Using Our Services

As we head into winter, we recognise that this time of year can be especially challenging. We want to remind people using our services that ERCC is here to offer additional support.

Currently, we are able to provide the following assistance to anyone who needs it:

• Lothian Buses Adult day tickets and Child single journey tickets to attend appointments with ERCC

• Reimbursement of bus fares and parking fees to attend appointments with ERCC

• Foodbank vouchers

• Applications for Fuel bank vouchers – ERCC has partnered with Fuel Bank Foundation which lets us apply for support for fuel poverty for our service users

• Panic alarms

Please let your support worker know at least two days before your appointment if you would like us to organise any of the above for you.
